For a litre jar:

- 1/2 sachet of baker’s yeast
- 1/4 spoon of salt
- 250 g flour
- 120 g rolled oats
- 250 g chocolate chips
- 120 g brown sugar
- 120 g white sugar
- 120 g walnuts
- 2 eggs
- 2 coffee spoons of vanilla essence

Steps:

Wash the jar with very warm water and dry thoroughly. Mix the flour, the yeast and the salt. Pour into the jar and press down. Add the rolled oats and the chocolate chips. Press over the chocolate chips. Add the brown and the white sugar and finally the chopped walnuts. Close the lid.

To use the jar:
Preheat the oven at 180°C. Pour the content of the jar into a bowl. Add 130g of soft butter, 2 beaten eggs and 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence. Mix and shape the dough into balls. Place on a baking sheet covered with baking parchment and cook for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
